It's in a Major key, but is using borrowed chords from the aeolian and phrygian modes... we call this principle 'modal interchange'.
I'm showing you a few songs where I used this progression and explain what it is, what's the potential for creating great melodies with chromaticism and for creating motifs that are transposable.
