Have you ever tried to place a pedal that has 1 input and 2 outputs on your pedalboard, just to realise that it's not possible to place it exactly where you want it in the chain because it has only one input and the pedal placed before it has 2 outputs?
The solution is to use a stereo breakout cable.
In this video, I'm showing you what you need to do to place a mono-input pedal in the middle of a stereo chain.
*Note that the pedal has to be able to accept stereo TRS input. There are very few pedals made for it. It works with Strymon, Meris and very few others.
